Incoming Exchange Programs

Please prepare the following documents to upload to the online system:

1. Official Academic Transcript issued by your home university.
   *The transcript must contain your cumulative GPA, provide the grading system of the school, and cover your complete enrollment from your very first semester until the present.
2. Official Enrollment Certificate issued by your home university.
3. Letter of Recommendation.
4. Copy of the Information Page of your Passport.
5. Head Photo (JPEG format, strictly adhering to official passport photo standards).

⚠️ *All documents must be written in English or Chinese.

💡 Language Proficiency Notice: Please note that most of the courses taught in English at NCU are at the graduate level but allow junior and senior undergraduate students to enroll. Therefore, undergraduate students without Chinese proficiency but with good English proficiency should ideally come to NCU for exchange during the 3rd year or 4th year of their undergraduate studies.
