History & Introduction
Originally established as the International Affairs Division under the Office of Research and Development, the Office of International Affairs (OIA) officially became a primary administrative unit on August 1, 2009. Currently, the OIA comprises three divisions: the Global Collaboration and Admissions Division, the International Student Services Division, and the Study Abroad Division. The OIA is dedicated to serving international students, promoting global cooperation and exchange, and actively expanding the international horizons of our students.
Our Goals
- Cultivate an International & Friendly Campus: Establish a multilingual, multicultural, open, and inclusive campus environment.
- Build a Comprehensive Support System for International Students: Provide efficient and welcoming services to ensure that students and faculty from all over the world can study and live with peace of mind, further fostering cultural understanding, transnational exchanges, and showcasing the university's global educational spirit.
- Strengthen Global Academic Collaboration: Expand global talent recruitment, increase international engagement opportunities for faculty and students, broaden the international horizons of our students, and enhance the university's global connections and international visibility.

- Facilitating international academic exchanges and cooperation
- Recruiting, advising, and supporting international degree and exchange students
- Coordinating itineraries and hospitality for international visitors
- Participating in international education fairs and promotional events
- Organizing international academic exchange conferences and related affairs
