❍ 獎學金相關資訊說明如下：

(一) 資助對象：未滿35歲我國學生或研究者(社會人士亦可)，且計劃於114年4月、9月或10月進入日本各大學研究所(大學院)攻讀大學或專門學校時期所專修相關課程
(二) 申請條件：需先應考於臺灣舉辦之第一回日本留學試驗後再申請
(三) 報名截止日期：

(1) 第一回留學試驗：113/03/08 (五)
(2) 赴日留學獎學金(碩博士)初試：113/06/28 (五)

STEP 1: Nomination by Home University's Coordinator

• To nominate your student, please kindly fill out the Nomination Form (ZIP file attached to this email), with the student's information.
•  The deadline for nomination is until 5^th January 2024, 11.59 PM (GMT+8). 
• The nomination form must be emailed to Email住址會使用灌水程式保護機制。你需要啟動Javascript才能觀看它 only by the home university coordinator or International Office. Direct applications by students will not be accepted.
• If you have not received a nomination confirmation from us for more than two weeks, kindly please notify us via email at Email住址會使用灌水程式保護機制。你需要啟動Javascript才能觀看它.
• In the event of a late nomination, please contact us in advance.

STEP 2: Completed Student Application Form

• Kindly please submit your student’s Application Form (ZIP file attached to this email) and all the required supporting documents to Email住址會使用灌水程式保護機制。你需要啟動Javascript才能觀看它 by 10^th January 2024, 11.59 PM (GMT+8). Please ensure documents are merged into one PDF file for each applicant (if nomination is more than one).
• In the event of a late submission, please contact us in advance.
• Only nominated students who pass the documents screening will be eligible to enroll at UKM. 
• Students will be informed of their application status/outcome after the deadline.
• We aim to communicate the outcome of the applications no later than 1^st February 2024. 

Additional Information Regarding Application for On-Campus Accommodation

• UKM Global will assist in making the accommodation arrangements at the Ibu Zain Residential College, which is located at the UKM Bangi campus.  If you wish to apply for this on-campus accommodation, please fill in the Application Form for On-Campus Accommodation (attached) and submit it to us at least 45 days before you arrive.

• Note: Since on-campus accommodation is quite limited, note that late submission will not be entertained and students are required to make their arrangements.
