Incoming Exchange Programs


NCU accepts students nominated by the International Offices of its partner universities. For the eligibility of application, please contact the International Offices of your home university regarding the partnership with NCU.

 Procedure of Application


 Required Documents
  1. Application form
  2. Official Enrollment Certificate issued by Home University
  3. Official Academic Transcript issued by Home University (must contain GPA and please provide the grading system of the school)
  4. Letter of Recommendation
  5. Letter of Nomination issued by Home University
  6. Copy of Information Page of Passport
  7. Copy of Student ID Card of Home University
  8. Head Photo (JPEG file and follow the passport photo standard)

*All the documents should be written in English or Chinese.

*When the document issued by the institution is neither in Chinese nor English, an English or Chinese translation copy is required.

*Once completed the application form, please submit the scanned copies to the Exchange Program Coordinator via email first and then send the hardcopy via post before the application deadline.


 Application Deadline

Fall Semester (First Semester): May 15

Spring Semester (Second Semester): November 15


 Duration of the Semester

Fall Semester (First Semester): August~January (Class starts in mid September, ends in mid January)

Spring Semester (Second Semester) : February~July (Class starts in mid February, ends in late June)
